This interactive lecture discusses circulation, hemorrhage, and shock in the trauma patient. It explores the management of shock in a prehospital setting, which involves improving oxygenation of red blood cells, improving delivery of oxygenated red blood cells to the microcirculation, and controlling hemorrhage.
