It also details cardiac monitors, lead placement, and the components of the ECG rhythm. It teaches rhythm interpretation and common injury patterns, such as conduction disturbances, and STEMI imposters.

After completing this course, the practitioner will be able to:

  • Interpret rhythms on a 12-lead ECG.
  • Recognize STEMIs and STEMI imposters.

Practitioners who successfully complete the Acute Coronary Syndrome (NRP Edition) course are eligible for 1 hour of continuing education
